  • MBACP Registered Therapist | Central London

I am an MBACP Registered therapist based at City Therapy Space in Central London.

While a non-judgmental environment is the foundation of my practice, I believe true healing requires a space where nothing is off-limits. I welcome the full spectrum of the human experience—whether that involves raw grief, dark humor, or moments of absurdity. By bringing your whole self to our sessions, we create a genuine relationship that allows for deep, transformative work.

I specialise in navigating life’s in-between spaces, including the long-term impacts of trauma, identity, and the complexities of intimacy. Having supported expatriates globally, I bring a diverse, inclusive perspective to my integrative practice.

    Areas of Focus

    • Trauma & Relational Patterns: Breaking cycles of shame and understanding how the past affects present.

    • Burnout & Stress: Navigating the exhaustion of living under pressure.

    • Life Transitions: Providing a steady presence during bereavement, fluctuating relationship, or shifts in identity.

My approach is grounded and collaborative. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start; we will unpack your experiences at your own pace to help you feel more connected and secure.

My Services

  • I recommend working in-person, particularly when embarking on therapy. In-person therapy offers richer non-verbal communication, fosters deeper connection, and provides a dedicated, distraction-free space. This can enhance the therapeutic alliance, leading to more profound insights and effective support, especially for complex issues.

  • I also offer online sessions that bring professional support directly to you, wherever you feel most at ease. Whether you’re managing a full schedule or simply prefer the comfort of your own home, virtual therapy ensures that distance and logistics don’t stand in the way of your well-being.

  • I offer a 30-minute free consultation so potential clients can assess if my approach and personality feel like a good fit for them. It also allows me to understand their needs and determine if I'm the right therapist to help, ensuring the best start to their therapeutic journey.
